1. Correct application and protection of diesel engine
When starting the DEUTZ engine, try to choose the preheating starting method: when operating the DEUTZ engine in winter, the engine body temperature should be kept within the normal range, and the bad operating habits such as slamming the accelerator, forced heating, emergency braking and parking should be stopped, the sudden increase and decrease of load under low temperature conditions and long-term idle operation should be avoided, and the number of cold starts should be reduced as much as possible.
Do a good job of running in, protection and cleaning of new and overhauled DEUTZ engines during the running in period. In the process of moving, the carrier vehicle shall move at a moderate speed and load reasonably.
Strengthen the protection of "three filters" and replace the filter element in time. According to the material analysis, if 1g of dust enters the cylinder, the upper part of the cylinder can be worn 0.01mm, the piston can be worn off 0.75g and the piston ring can be worn off 0.009mm. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the air filter, oil filter and diesel filter regularly and forcibly.
Correctly select, check and replace lubricating oil, and select lubricating oil with the same trademark, manufacturer, viscosity and quality grade. Prevent the mixing of lubricating oil with different viscosity and quality grade. When filling, choose a place where there is no wind and pollution, so as to avoid dust, water and other pollutants from entering.
The fuel shall be selected correctly according to the climatic environment and the functions of the DEUTZ diesel engine, and the fuel injection pressure of the injector and the fuel supply advance angle of the injection pump shall be carefully calibrated and adjusted to ensure that the diesel engine operates under good conditions.
Avoid the diesel engine from working with little cooling water or overheating for a long time, and prevent the Deutz diesel engine from filling coolant or flushing the engine body with water when the engine body temperature is too high.
2. Improve the repair quality of DEUTZ diesel engine
Strengthen the cleaning and pollution prevention of each process of DEUTZ spare parts selection and assembly.
Correctly select and assemble the piston ring. Nowadays, the surface of the piston ring of high-speed diesel engine is chrome plated, molybdenum plated and other processes. It is forbidden to use grinding ring to trim the "side gap"; When installing the piston ring, special tools shall be used, and the piston ring mouth shall not be expanded and tightened at will to avoid permanent deformation of the piston ring due to improper installation methods; When the piston connecting rod is assembled into the cylinder. Stop striking violently to avoid damage and crack caused by collision between piston ring and cylinder.
The axial clearance of the crankshaft shall comply with the rules. It is necessary to calibrate the bending and distortion of the connecting rod to ensure the correct orientation of the piston in the cylinder.
The selection and installation methods of the cylinder liner must be correct to avoid deformation, deflection and stress concentration of the cylinder liner due to improper installation; The interference between the cylinder liner and the cylinder block and the protrusion of the rear upper plane of the cylinder liner device shall be strictly controlled within the regular range; The torque of bolts such as cylinder head, cylinder head and pole bearing cover shall be uniform and in accordance with the rules.
Pay attention to the cold grinding and hot test after the diesel engine is assembled, and the running in time should be 16 hours; According to the material analysis, the service life of the piston ring after running in is 20%~30% longer than that of the piston ring without running in, so it is necessary to pay attention to it, and carefully conduct the commissioning, inspection and cleaning operations.
3. Strengthen the storage and handling of piston rings
The piston rings shall be stored according to different types of diesel engines to avoid mixed storage and loading; In the process of storage and transfer, avoid falling and collision, and avoid damage, crack, deformation, etc; The piston ring shall be placed horizontally during storage to avoid unstable placement and corrosion due to improper handling.
