Insufficient power of diesel engine

Fault characteristics and causes

Fuel system fault: the power and speed are still not high after accelerating

1) The air in the fuel pipe and fuel filter is blocked, and the fuel flow is too small;

2) Fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is insufficient, and the injection needle is stuck;

3) Poor atomization of fuel injector or low injection pressure

Troubleshooting:

1) Remove the air or replace the fuel filter element

2) Check, repair or replace the coupling, clean or replace the nozzle

3) Observe the spray or adjust the injection pressure, and check or replace the fuel injection nozzle
