Since the FL912 changed to a vertical parking electromagnet, customers often complain that the parking electromagnet can't hold and ask for help. Some even think that there is a problem with the product quality, and they ask for a parking electromagnet when buying the engine. In fact, this can be avoided and solved by ourselves.
The iron sheet connecting the stop electromagnet to the high-pressure pump is installed reversely, and the small triangle direction should be upward. If it is installed reversely, the electric stop will be unstable. You can check whether it is installed reversely. If it is removed reversely, it can be installed correctly.
The stroke is too long and the distance is too large to be sucked. The anti clockwise adjusting rod is too long and the distance is too close to be sucked.
This is not a problem with the quality of the parking electromagnet, but with the installation. The technician said that we had this problem before. Now, this inspection procedure is added before leaving the factory. Each machine will check whether it is installed reversely, and power on to test whether it works normally. In the future, when the machines in Beinei come, we will also check them for you before shipment.
